Financial Education Events Across Australia

We run practical workshops throughout the year. Real conversations about managing business costs without the marketing fluff.

Most sessions happen in Hobart, but we occasionally travel to Melbourne and Sydney when there's enough interest. People ask us questions, we share what's worked for other businesses, and everyone leaves with something they can actually use.

Workshops Coming Up

Small groups only. We cap attendance at 15 people because it's easier to have real discussions when you're not talking to a packed auditorium.

Paavo Järvinen

Workshop Facilitator

Paavo spent fifteen years working with small businesses before joining fynalithe. He's not a motivational speaker – more like the person who'll sit down with your spreadsheet and help you find where the money's actually going.

He runs most of our workshops because he's good at explaining financial concepts without making people feel stupid. Former accountant, current cost management consultant, occasional coffee snob.

His approach is straightforward. No theoretical frameworks or business school jargon. Just practical steps that work for businesses with limited time and tighter budgets.
